THE ESSENCE OF EXPERIENCE is a training of trainer’s course to share in fact the essence of our 10 years’ experience in outdoor and experiential education. During these years the team of ÉLMÉNYAKADÉMIA has experimented and successfully combined different methodologies, and also have made significant progress in working with disadvantaged groups and social inclusion. TEE will provide many experiential educational self and group experience to develop your trainer and group leader skills, get better understanding of social inclusion, the power of combining different methodologies and using nature as a tool.

The training course has a focus on professional development. Not just would extend knowledge of participants, but offer space for practical and methodical presentations, active practice, creating own projects, exchange ideas, views and experiences. Innovative element of the training is that in the 3 part 20 underprivileged youngsters are coming to have their adventure, so the participants will have the opportunity to implement their fresh experiences immediately into practice.
