Our workshop offers an opportunity, support and tools, in order to look on our lives from a different perspective. Not only look at it, but dive into the world of new and primary experiences! While this can change our images of ourselves, of others and the world, it also revitalizes us and gives energy to carry changes through, by its adventurous nature. To reach this, we use a holistic approach and multimodal methodology that is based on the tools and methods of Integrative Expression and Dance Therapy, enabling us to work with a colorful variety of expressive art techniques, such as dance, painting, music and theatre.

Our aim is to provide participants an experience of wholeness and of a complete life, by accepting our various limitations and at the same time overcoming them.
