- These methods are combined into a cohesive, blended approach tailored to support marginalized women.
- Adult educators are trained in the integrated approach through peer learning, online courses, and interactive activities.
- The approach is adapted and tested locally through the creation of sustainable wo-men’s circles for empowerment.
- Discrimination is addressed through creative awareness campaigns and the “Colours for Equality” community paintings and social media initiative.
- Outcomes are shared via e-books, online courses, and professional events in Latvia, Spain, Italy, and Hungary.
