We offer tools that work

What makes Source Conference unique is its methodological diversity. Participants can work with experiential, outdoor, creative, and improvisational tools, as well as a solution-focused and trauma-informed approach. All of this is complemented by practical aspects of child and youth protection guidelines, which are now indispensable in responsible professional work.

Source is an unconventional, bilingual conference where learning takes place not only through lectures but also through personal experience. Workshops, outdoor programs, and guided reflection groups provide participants with the opportunity not only to acquire new knowledge but also to process it more deeply and integrate it into their own practice.

The program

During the Source Conference, this year you will be able to attend three workshops each day. In every time slot there is one workshop on all of the following topics:

• child and youth protection guidelines
• experiential learning
• outdoor learning
• inclusion
• psychology
• community and society
• improvisation
• international outlook on youth work

In addition to the workshops, you can look forward to discussions and outdoor activities. During the guided sessions, we focus on your personal growth in small groups and help ensure that the conference is as beneficial as possible for you.
