What are the HEART Tools?
HEART Tools are innovative practices for burnout prevention for helping professionals, trainers, and youth workers. The collection supports resilience building through art, experiential learning, and body-based activities.
Activities come from different approaches: the Arc Process, Marchio-Patti Integrated Method, experiential learning, psychoeducational tools for burnout prevention, self-directed learning tools, and the HEART Mandala for combining methods in holistic resilience work with groups.
