For me Academy of Experience and everything around and inside is a big playground, where the joy of work and play meets. I live and develop myself in this.

As a trainer my goal is to introduce others into this world and show them the wonders I see and I know. As the manager of our association my aim is the development of our community. I dare to say we are our own reference of the quality of our work. In our team we live through the same situations every day that we offer to our participants. We also live in the spirit of „constant learning”.

I adore rocks, the tranquility of the forest, music, dance and the diversity of the world.

Our organization for me is the symbol of high professional quality and human relationships and values. As a social-educator the health preserving and preventing application of the method is really close to me, especially considering addiction problems. Our training provide great opportunities to mediate experiences and values, and gain valuable knowledge about nature, partners and self. I work with adventure and experience therapy in Vadaskert Hospital. My profession is to create such situations for our participants where they can get valuable experiences, which I help them to transfer to a knowledge they could use in their everyday lives. My aim is to support the development of people who get in touch with me.

To discover and know the nature, my environment, myself, my partners and the world. To conquer my fears and find my place, get over the difficulties, recognize the possibilities, to persist in reaching my goals, to learn and to laugh, and of course to help you in everything: this is Academy of Experience for me.

I don’t know anything more important than human relationships and communities. To give our participants the opportunity to build honest and balanced relationships among themselves and accompany them on this way – this is why I am here.

I’ve been looking for a long time an activity that is connected to nature and experiences, creates new thoughts and positive changes in people. The trainings of Academy of Experience that I’d like to contribute to with my knowledge and experience combine these possibilities.

I’m mostly experienced in technical things and extreme sports such as ropes course building, rock climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, diving, paddling, sailing and other extreme sports. My aim is to benefit from all these experiences on the adventure programs of Academy of Experience.

I help Academy of Experience since the fall of 2009. Beside my engineer and economist degrees I am qualified dive instructor.

I found and fell in love with experiential education a few years ago. On the first place because of its special learning effect, on the other hand because I like physical and mental challenges as well. Besides the conscious and responsible application of leadership skills and strategies my workstyle is characterized by:

Client centered attitude, the effective usability of universal wisdom and modern science through experiential education beside continous coaching.

Academy of Experience is one of my „children”, I’m happy for every step and discovery it takes. Being a trainer is a lifestyle for me, I follow group dynamics with curiosity and reflect the personal development.

Since I met the method, my enthusiasm grows continously towards experiential education. In my opinion, these activities could fill up an empty space that adds to the progressive personal and community development. As an assistant my aim is to get thorough experiences and this way enrich my future groups with everlasting memories. Beside hiking and trekking I’m interested in the practical application of sustainability and possibilities of coaching.

Academy of Experience - outdoor training. Experience and development -for sure, but it is different every time. Funny, thoughtful, requires concentration, relaxing, “I cannot do this” – then still you can, adventurous, challenging, cool and hot, confidence strengthening, developing, shaping.

EA gives me whatever I want as long as I know what I want.

I am a beginner trainer, from Romania, who is improving and learning with EA. This organisation is flexible, challenging, full of opportunities. There is always something new to experience. I could learn new outdoor activities feeling perfectly safe with the equipment, but most important with the people. It`s an open relationship. We help each other, while developing ourselves personal and professional. I like the sharing inside of the organization. I love that we can work and have fun at the same time.
